  1. How do I sign up with TwoCup?
    • Go to the signup page and fill out the small form. You will need to provide your partner’s email address.
    • Next, TwoCup will send you an email in order to verify your email address. Follow the link in this email or cut and paste it into your browser address window.
    • TwoCup will then send an invitation to your partner on your behalf. Your partner will have to confirm that he/she is in a relationship with you by accepting your invitation. TwoCup will provide a temporary password with which your partner will be able to log into the website.
    • Your TwoCup is formed as soon as your partner accepts your invitation. While you are waiting for your partner to accept your invitation to TwoCup, TwoCup will allow you limited access to the website so that you can start personalizing your TwoCup Profile. You will have read-only access to everything else so that you can get a feel for all TwoCup has to offer.
  2. How do we keep your TwoCup private?

    Only you and your partner can access your TwoCup with your passwords. Furthermore, TwoCup operates under SSL (https) – this means that no one can peak into the communication that happens between the two of you. TwoCup will not share your information with third parties.   3. What does TwoCup cost?

    Your TwoCup subscription is completely FREE.

  4. What is limited access? Why limited access?

    While you are waiting for your partner to accept your invitation to TwoCup, TwoCup will allow you limited access to the website so that you can start personalizing your TwoCup Profile. You will have read-only access to everything else so that you can get a feel for all TwoCup has to offer.

  5. What is a wildcard?

    A wildcard is a random system generated message you can send to your partner.
    Click on the button and send your partner a sweet or a spicy wildcard. Or take a walk on the WILD side and send your partner a wild wildcard. You won’t know what you’ve sent until you’ve already pressed send!

  6. How do I change my password?

    Go to Profile:My Account and click on 'Change Password'.

  7. I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

    In the Login section on the TwoCup homepage log in click on the 'Forgot Password' link. TwoCup will send you an email with a new password.

  8. When and where can I unsubscribe from TwoCup?

    You can cancel your subscription to TwoCup anytime by going to Profile:My Account and clicking on the Unsubscribe button.

  9. Will I lose everything if I unsubscribe? How do I reactivate my account?

    You can always reactivate your account at any time by logging in with your login email address and password. You will then have read-only access to your TwoCup. Click on the subscribe button at Profile:My Account to reactivate your account.

  10. How do I contact you?
